These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 666fa ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://666fa.cam. By registering an account, accessing the website, or using any service offered by 666fa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. Continued use of 666fa following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the 666fa website located at https://666fa.cam and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered and maintains an active Account on 666fa.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event via the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash benefit awarded to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Funds" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) or other accepted currency deposited by the Player into their Account balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to authenticate a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a Restricted Jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under this Agreement.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of 666fa is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. 666fa strictly prohibits access by minors. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification is not satisfactorily completed.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, business, or organisation.
3. You are not a Prohibited Person and are not located in a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.
4. You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction and are not subject to any court order or legal disability that would impair your capacity to do so.
5. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of 666fa or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from 666fa or had an Account closed for breach of this Agreement, unless you have obtained our prior written approval to re-register.
7. All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and current. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. Any duplicate Accounts discovered will be immediately suspended, all Funds and Bonuses forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. 666fa reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 666fa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (net of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated Indonesian bank account within the standard processing timeframe.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) standards and ensure the safety of all players, 666fa requires mandatory identity verification before processing the first withdrawal from any Account.

4.1 Required Documents

Players must submit clear, legible copies of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, a screenshot or confirmation of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

Standard KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours. During this period, deposits remain available for wagering, but withdrawals are held pending successful verification.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension. Any Funds legitimately deposited will be returned; however, Bonus funds and associated winnings derived from Bonuses may be forfeited where KYC verification cannot be completed.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

666fa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 666fa does not currently accept cryptocurrency or international credit/debit card payments.

5.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 unless a higher limit has been approved by our finance team. Deposits made via local bank transfer are credited within 5 minutes during standard banking hours. Off-hours transfers (outside 08:00–22:00 WIB) may take up to one hour to credit.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as the 666fa Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• Fully verified accounts, amounts below Rp 10.000.000: 1–6 hours
• Amounts of Rp 10.000.000 and above: 6–24 hours
• First withdrawal from a new account: up to 24 hours pending KYC completion

666fa reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk controls, which may extend processing times. Players will be informed if additional documentation is required.

5.4 Third-Party Funding Prohibition

You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Funding an Account using a third party's bank account, e-wallet, or payment instrument is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

5.5 Fees

666fa does not charge internal processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are beyond our control. We recommend consulting your financial institution's fee schedule before initiating large transfers.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 666fa are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") that must be met before associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Funds. The applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), eligible games, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms at the time of offering.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who have successfully registered and completed their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the 666fa Welcome Bonus, subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome Bonuses cannot be combined with other new-player offers unless explicitly stated.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit Bonus offers through irregular wagering patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple Accounts, collusion with other players, or any other form of Bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of all Bonuses and associated winnings, Account suspension, and potential recovery of any withdrawn funds obtained through abuse. 666fa's determination on matters of Bonus abuse is final.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed or unused Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirement deadlines are strictly enforced; incomplete requirements at the time of deadline result in automatic Bonus removal.

6.5 Withdrawal with Active Bonuses

Requesting a withdrawal while an active Bonus remains in your Account will result in the automatic forfeiture of that Bonus and any winnings attributed to it. You will receive only the Funds portion of your Account balance that does not derive from Bonus activity.

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on 666fa utilise certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited to ensure statistically random and unbiased outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios under controlled conditions. Sports betting odds are set using industry-standard pricing models and reflect genuine market probability adjusted for a competitive margin.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

666fa reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, where a match or event has already commenced at the time a bet is placed, or where a Player's wagering pattern triggers internal risk controls. In the event a Wager is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

7.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, the Platform's server-side records shall constitute the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game round was in progress, the outcome will be determined by the server record and credited or debited accordingly. 666fa is not liable for losses arising from the Player's own connectivity issues.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of any software error, platform malfunction, or manifest pricing error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, 666fa reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and return stakes to Players. No claim shall lie against 666fa for winnings arising from an error that a reasonable person would have identified as incorrect. The phrase "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all game categories.

7.5 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, i.e., football bookmaking), Asian handicap (voor bola), and accumulator bets (mix parlay) — are governed by the specific market rules published for each event. In general:

• Matches must commence within 12 hours of the scheduled kick-off time for bets to stand; otherwise, stakes are returned.
• For live in-play markets, bets accepted after the triggering event (e.g., a goal already scored) are void if the Platform's data feed did not update in time.
• Results are settled using official results from the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, etc.) after any post-match corrections.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg and recalculates odds accordingly.

8. Responsible Gaming

666fa is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all Indonesian players. We provide the following player-protection tools, all of which can be activated by contacting our support team or through your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666fa Platform. Violation of any of these provisions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors, or pricing mistakes to generate winnings that would not have arisen under correct operating conditions.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or Bonus terms.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency or accepting bets from third parties using your Account.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 666fa Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface designs, icons, images, audio clips, and data compilations, is the property of 666fa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or transmit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use 666fa's trademarks, brand name, logo, or visual identity in any manner without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The 666fa Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666fa's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall 666fa be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11.4 Force Majeure

666fa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet outages, power failures, or any other event that could not have been prevented by reasonable precaution.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

666fa collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect only the data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. 13. Amendments to This Agreement

666fa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 666fa is duly licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and 666fa, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication. Please provide full details of your complaint, your Account username, and any relevant transaction references when contacting us.

14.3 Formal Complaints Procedure

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days of your initial complaint, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our compliance team at [email protected]. We will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

14.4 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
